Product characteristics
 
The infrared emission tube of each sensor continuously emits infrared rays. At this time, the TTL output terminal of the module is high level, and the corresponding indicator diode is always in the off state. When the detected object appears in the detection range, the infrared rays are reflected back and the intensity is high Large enough, the infrared receiving tube is on, at this time, the TTL output terminal of the module is low level, and the indicator diode is on.
 
1. test:
Test probe: remove all objects in front of the probe, and do not point the probe in the direction of sunlight. Connect the probe board to the power supply and measure the output voltage with a multimeter. The voltage should be about 1 volt. Block in front of the probe with white paper. The output voltage measured with a multimeter should be close to the supply voltage. Test probe board: press the tested probe on the board. For the marked access input terminal, remove all objects in front of the probe, and the probe shall not point to the direction of sunlight, connect the middle probe board to the power supply, and then use a multimeter to measure the output terminal. At this time, the output voltage of the output terminal shall be close to the power supply voltage, block it in front of the probe with white paper, and the output voltage measured by the multimeter shall be close to 0 V. adjust the potentiometer in the channel to change the detection distance.
 
2. Test middle probe board:
Connect the tested probe to the input terminal as indicated on the board, remove all objects in front of the probe, and do not point the probe to the direction of sunlight, connect the middle probe board to the power supply, and then use the multimeter to measure the output terminal. At this time, the output voltage of the output terminal should be close to the power supply voltage. Block it in front of the probe with white paper, and the output voltage of the multimeter should be close to the voltage. Adjust the potentiometer in the channel Change the detection distance.
 
3, regulation:
When the module detects the front obstacle signal, the green indicator light on the circuit board lights up the level, and at the same time, the oaut port continuously outputs the low-level signal. The detection distance of the module is 2'30cm, and the detection angle is 35. The detection distance can be adjusted by the potentiometer. Adjust the potentiometer clockwise, and the detection distance increases; adjust the potentiometer anticlockwise, and the detection distance decreases.
