Refund policy
1. What is the time limit for order returns?
Answer: Within 7 days from the day after the order is signed for (subject to the signature date on the courier's delivery note).
2. Under what circumstances can consumers return products for no reason within 7 days of signing for them?
Answer:
- Product quality issues;
- Non-quality related issues: The product and its original packaging must remain intact as sold on Tejiate Mall, with all accessories, gifts, and documentation complete, and no impact on secondary sales.
3. Under what circumstances are returns not accepted?
Answer:
- Any product not sold on Tejiate Mall (mismatched serial number);
- Products that have exceeded the warranty period;
- Product quality issues caused by unauthorized repairs, misuse, collisions, negligence, abuse, liquid damage, accidents, modifications, or incorrect installation; or torn/altered labels, serial numbers, or anti-counterfeiting marks;
- Failure to provide three-guarantee certificates (such as invoices if requested, warranty cards) or certificates that do not match the product or have been altered;
- Partial returns or exchanges of products in gift sets or bundles are not allowed.
4. Who is responsible for the return shipping cost?
Answer:
- For returns due to product quality issues, the return shipping cost shall be borne by Tejiate Mall;
- For returns due to personal reasons, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the consumer.
