The voltage range of VCC pin connection is between 2.0V and 3.6V, which cannot be outside this range. If the voltage exceeds 3.6V, the module will be destroyed. The recommended voltage is about 3.3V. Except for power supply VCC and grounding terminal, other pins can be directly connected with ordinary 5V MCU IO port without level conversion. Of course, it is more suitable for 3V MCU.
