Reminder
When you use this product, the input ground and output ground of the module should not be together, which will cause the current sampling resistance on the back of the board to be bypassed, so that the module cannot adjust the output current, and it is easy to burn the power chip on the module when the load is connected.

Application scope
1. As a common step-down module with over-current protection capability
usage method:
(1) Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the voltage value you want
(2) Measure the output short-circuit current with the current gear 10a of the multimeter (directly connect two probes to the output terminal),
At the same time, adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined over-current protection value. (for example, if the current value displayed by the multimeter is 4a, the maximum current can only reach 4A when you use the module, and the red constant voltage and constant current indicator light will be on when the current reaches 4a, otherwise the indicator light will be off.)
Note: when using in this state, there will be a voltage drop of 0-0.3v when the current sampling resistance of 0.05ohm is connected to the load at the output end, which is normal! This voltage drop is not pulled down by your load, but dropped to the sampling resistance.
2. Used as a battery charger
The module without constant current function cannot be used to charge the battery. Due to the large pressure difference between the consumed battery and the charger, the charging current is too large and the battery is damaged. Therefore, the constant current charging should be used at the beginning. When the charging reaches a certain degree, the automatic switch back to constant voltage charging.
Usage method
(1) Determine the floating charge voltage and charging current of the battery you need to charge; (if the parameter of lithium battery is 3.7v/2200mah, the floating charge voltage is 4.2V, and the maximum charging current is 1C, i.e. 2200ma
(2) Under no-load condition, the multimeter measures the output voltage and adjusts the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach floating charge voltage; (if the 3.7V lithium battery is charged, the output voltage can be adjusted to 4.2V)
(3) Measure the output short-circuit current with the current gear 10a of the multimeter (directly connect two probes to the output terminal), and adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined charging current value;
(4) The default factory charging current is 0.1 times of the charging current; (the current of the battery is gradually reduced in the charging process, and gradually changes from constant current charging to constant voltage charging. If the charging current is set to 1a, when the charging current is less than 0.1A, the blue light is off, and the green light is on, and then the battery is charged.)
(5) Connect the battery and charge.
(steps 1, 2, 3 and 4 are: input terminal is connected with power supply, and output terminal is not connected with battery without load
3. Used as high power LED constant current driver module
(1) Determine the working current and voltage you need to drive the LED
(2) Under no-load condition, the multimeter measures the output voltage and adjusts the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the LED working voltage
(3) Measure the output short-circuit current with the current meter 10a, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined led working current
(4) Connect the LED and test the machine.
(steps 1, 2 and 3 are as follows: input is connected to power supply, output is not connected to LED light when no load. Note: when the module is used over 3a and 35W, please strengthen the heat dissipation
