This trickle charging clock chip introduced by Dallas company. It contains a real-time clock / calendar and 31 bytes of static RAM. It communicates with MCU through a simple serial interface. The real-time clock / calendar circuit provides the information of seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months and years. The days of each month and leap years can be adjusted automatically. Clock operation can be determined in 24 or 12 hour format by ampm indication. The communication between this product and SCM can be realized simply by synchronous serial mode, which only needs three interface lines: (1) rst reset (2) I / O data line (3) SCLK serial clock. The read and write data of clock RAM are communicated in a byte or up to 31 byte character group. The power consumption of this is very low, and the power of data and clock information is less than 1MW.
