This chip integrates a pulse width modulation controller and a 600V high voltage power MOSFET. The starting current of me8107 is very low, and current mode pulse width modulation makes it work in energy-saving mode under light load.

These features ensure that the power supply can easily meet the most stringent energy regulations. The integrated functions of me8107 include leading edge blanking of current detection, internal slope compensation, cycle by cycle peak current limitation and soft start.
